ZeroNines™ Closes on Second Round
FailSafe™ products ready for beta
Castle Rock/Co, November 5, 2002 - The management of ZeroNines™ Technology,
Inc. (ZeroNines™) announced today it has closed on its second round of financing. John
C. Botdorf, the company's Chairman commented, "Our success in raising our own capital
in a difficult environment continues to validate our technology and our business model.
We are in discussions with beta trial customers with target goals to launch early next
year. We are grateful to our growing shareholder family who’s continued support has
been a large part of our success."
